Der verlinkte Code führt dazu, dass eine neue Anfrage abgelehnt wird, wenn die alte Verbindung noch nicht vollständig geschlossen ist. Siehe Aufzeichnung: rfsc_fail2.pcap

Der Code wurde dahingehend verändert, dass eine neue Anfrage nun nur noch abgewiesen wird, wenn die aktuelle Verbindung weiterhin besteht.

Bitte erneut testen.

Ich habe es nocheinmal durchgetestet. Es funktioniert jetzt ohne Probleme.
