Volunteer role name changes

Some of the volunteer roles have changed names(in English - don't know if there's any other language impact yet). Extension needs updating so that it picks them up correctly (using their new names).

Based on email reports we've received:

• First Timers Briefing is now First Timers Welcome

• Run Report Writer is now Report Writer

• Warm Up Leader (junior events only) is now Warm Up Leader

Suspect the 3rd one may be OK. Whilst the role is described as "Warm Up Leader" on the Future volunteer roster, it appears as "Warm Up Leader (junior events only)" on the Volunteer Summary.

Confirmed - "Warm Up Leader" is picked up OK.

I started on some changes to address this - at least, I was doing so a couple of weeks ago. Will try to finish and add here.
