Hardware:

2x NEO Vortex (Spark Flex)

on each should spin out, so one will be inverted

CAN IDs: 31/32
Idle Mode: Coast

Behaviors

Run at Voltage: set a provided voltage to the shooter wheels
Stop: coast to a stop

Commands

spinC(DoubleSupplier voltageSupplier) : run at supplied voltage
spinC(double voltage)
stopC() default
