The feed does not validate at the moment, failing on the Moscow - Paris Est and two other routes. The reason is wrong times due to time zones handling.

I am also having this problem with the current 2019 data. I created an issue at the repository of the tool that was used to generate this data: patrickbr/db-api-to-gtfs#9
