Put quick access to MaxCDN for libraries on the documentation

Like the way the jQuery Mobile docs have quick access to CDN at the bottom of the docs, in any doc section for a library or framework, put quick access CDN links on the main page.

I'm not sure adding CDN links to the documentations' main pages is a good idea. They would often fall out of date and make things harder to maintain without, in my opinion, providing much value.

However I like the idea of quick access links to the official website and download/install page. I've opened a new issue for this.
