Unable to copy text in blockquotes

Describe the bug
I'm unable to copy text in blockquotes

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Step 17 of the "Cafe Menu" series of exercises for Responsive Web Design
2. Try to copy the <meta> bloquote

Expected behavior
Able to copy paste the text

Smartphone (please complete the following information):

• Device: Pixel 5a
• OS: Android 14
• Mobile app

This has been an issue we are trying to combat for a while. We did make some improvements, but it's still not optimal.

"Me too". Doesn't matter where I try to copy paste, it highlights offset or something. I'm on iphone 15 and ipad m2. Let me know if there's anything I can do to help fix it.
