In anticipation of the SecureDrop Workstation 0.5.0 Release (freedomofpress/securedrop-workstation#624) we want to bump the version of the SecureDrop Client and publish an RC on apt-test. After that, we will disable nightlies for now (freedomofpress/securedrop-builder#205) to avoid clobbering the RC during pre-release QA.
