Further deprecation warnings for sshd_config in Focal

Description

Initially reported by @kushaldas , some options are deprecated by the version of the ssh server.

Comments

In #5666, we have already updated annotated and updated the sshd configuration for newer versions of the ssh server, but there are more improvements that can be made

We should note that the sshd_config for now is handled by Ansible, so using the existing logic would require a playbook run to be applied
