Lower amount of manual changes done to wiki, as part of FreeIPA release process.

I updated the wiki pages based on the suggested in the thread. Following pages were updated:

https://www.freeipa.org/page/Downloads - major change and removing most static/manual data
https://www.freeipa.org/page/Main_Page - listing releases automatically
https://www.freeipa.org/page/Template:ReleaseDate - generating release category automatically
https://www.freeipa.org/page/Release - reflecting new simplified procedure
