when i use app-cmd open an file such "1 2.txt" with space,it divided into two parts "1" and "2.txt" how can i open "1 2.txt" as a whole

my app error with cant found C:\1 this file how can i open "1 2.txt" as a whole

If I run freerdp 3.4 this on my machine (fedora 39, bash) with notepad as program the file c:\1 2.txt is opened as requested.
