Ubuntu 24.04 - xfreerdp2 works with the /app: option but xfreerdp3 does not

On ubuntu 22.04 both xfreerdp2 and xfreerdp3 work correctly with the /app: option

On ubuntu 24.04 xfreerdp2 works with the /app: option
but
xfreerdp3 does not

On ubuntu 24.04
With xfreerdp3 using the /app: option, for some reason the --help output is displayed ??

I figure this out.

on ubuntu 22.04

both xfreerdp2 & xfreerdp3-nightly worked as expected using:

/app:'%windir%\explorer.exe'

on ubuntu 24.04

xfreerdp2 still worked as expected when using:

/app:'%windir%\explorer.exe'

but xfreerdp3 now needed to use an different "app:" command

/app:program:'%windir%\explorer.exe'

that now works as expected also.
