As a coreteam member I want to receive the tokens I have signed for.

ACCEPTANCE:

• All coreteam members receive the amount of tokens they signed in the SAFTs, with a cliff of 12m, and posterior vesting of 36m.
• We give until Monday to the coreTeam to provide their H160 addresses
• The UI is as follows:
