As a LAOS stakeholder I want LAOS to be ready to produce blocks on July 11th.

ACCEPTANCE:

  • LAOS is ready to produce blocks
  • Public node as archive node at rpc.laos.laosfoundation.io
  • The 2 collators are up and configured, but without the keys injected
  • 3 boot nodes, in 3 different geo locations
  • I start a node and it connects to the deployed boot nodes
  • Ensure telemetry works (by polkadot)

#596 -> added laos bootnodes to laos chainspec
https://github.com/freeverseio/laos-infrastructure/pull/87 -> helmfiles for laos tge infra
