"context valid" but chrome.storage.local.get() fails with Invalid context type provided #14

I'm experiencing this after using "reload on context invalidated" logic. In the first reload the storage fails even if chrome.runtime.id is set.

return isSuccessful(chrome.storage.local.get('isContextInvalidated'}))

A solution might be combined with:
