l105-gw: missing mesh with bbbvpn interface #503

Before the bbbconfig, there was in interface created so that it could mesh with b.bbb-vpn.berlin.freifunk.net. Since currently a.bbb-vpn is down, I though I would fire up b.bbb-vpn (located at l105) to that the islands could mesh again. Since the old interface is no longer there, it is no longer possible to make a mesh connection to b.bbb-vpn.

@PolynomialDivision @freifunkoperator do you sill have the old config somewhere and could you please add the missing interface?

From what I can tell, it was VLAN 32. But I'm not 100% sure.
