Some newer MT7628 based routers (notably the TP-Link Archer C50 v4) are
shipped with a chip-id of 0x7600 in the on-flash EEPROM. Add this as a
possible valid ID.

This fixes unstable WiFi on some units of the TP-Link Archer C50 v4.

Should this not be fixed directly in OpenWrt?

@NeoRaider This is currently waiting for Felix review at linux-wireless:

https://patchwork.kernel.org/project/linux-wireless/patch/20201013142326.8361-1-mail@david-bauer.net/

So it will eventually (or eventually not) land there. This PR is primarily fo fixing it a bit sooner in Gluon. Maybe in time for a v2020.2 service release.
