Welcome (HTML) page (HTTP only; no HTTPS)

As per disucssion in Munich.
It would be great to have an easily accessible page ideally running on Port 80 off the RaspiBlitz.
Hosting this page as part of blitz is really easy.

The "challenge" is to create a friendly and great looking "Welcome Page".

What should be on the page:

• "warm welcome"
• Info that this is a RaspiBlitz
• Link to Github Page&Documentation

Also if HTTPS page (info dashboard) is enabled then:

• Link to Dashboard
• optional: Some information on HTTPS/TLS/certificate error message (and what to do to work around (accept and add exception) or fix this - e.g. Let's encrypt).

I will push the "welcome.tmpl" file early next week.. this file simply needs to be extended.

First I have to fix my Blitz (HDD failed yesterday) and then I need to focus on my "POS" LND App with high priority. Afterwards for sure!

SSL isn't needed that much for this purpose and also problematic as you'll most likely open the local IP in the browser directly. If the dyn host *.raspiblitz.com comes as an option we could focus on a lets encrypt integration.
