Based on friendica/friendica#6180 we can use a docker volume for data storage instead of the db.

It's currently possible in dev branch only and not yet stable, but as a reminder for 2019.03 and following

Prerequisite for this change is fixing friendica/friendica#6263

#67 prepares a /var/www/data directory for further enhancements in this direction ;-)
