Add file transfer feature in GTalkSMS

GtalkSMS will auto accept files from the specified contact, and files will be 
write in /sdcard/GTalkSMS/

Add a command "send" to retrieve a file from the phone

The first one don't fully work yet.
Once this feature will be released, I 'll have a look for mms ans attachments 
(if it's possible)

XMPP File transfer not supported by GTalk.
Use Jabber accounts if not working
