[Feature] Option to start DSP in "soundcard" mode

Hello,

I'm Caio, from Brazil and I'm very happy with updates for Eddcast.

I would suggest a feature for the audio level bar (not sure for the english 
term, sorry), it could be enabled by default or have an option to always come 
enable.
