Right now there isn't a good way to adjust it automatically for specific videos on YouTube. There are a few ways you can hopefully work around it without causing too much trouble though:
If you have context (right-click) menus on, you can disable the filter on a browser tab, (Toggle for tab). That will make it so the filter won't run on any page in that tab (unless you toggle it again).
Disable the filter for the site, using either the APF popup (click on the extension icon) and then toggle the switch, or using the context menu choose Toggle for domain.
If you're looking to stop the filter from muting, you can just turn off the captions for the video.
