once i run npm install, what do i do next to run this? thanks!

After installing you need to build an application that uses the components provided by moirai similar to the example provided in the readme. I would recommend using Webpack for bundling.
Take a look at the examples here which includes a similar working example to the one from the readme: https://github.com/freezedev/moirai/tree/master/examples

Please keep in mind that all this is still very experimental. While I've used it for game jams, several core features are still missing.
