Each time I input Japanese or Korean while pressing Enter to complete the text input, a leading backspace is inserted before the actual text.
Seems to be a small bug. How to fix it?

I haven't seen this happening using Windows 10 and Microsoft IME (for Japanese, Korean) or Pinyin for Chinese. I know from implementing full IME integration in the past (in a completely different API) that some IMEs misbehave on different windows versions, and sometimes even depend on implementation details in the target text input.
One such thing is recomposing of a compose string, which may "undo" latest commit by simulating backspaces X times (same length as last compose string). Anyway... i have no idea what's going on in your case.
