REUSE status falsely shows as not compliant (github.com/SAP/less-openui5) #424

The project status on the website shows as not compliant without any further information:
https://api.reuse.software/info/github.com/SAP/less-openui5. When checked locally with reuse lint, the project is compliant.

To me it seems to be the same issue as reported in #396. Could you please check that?

Sorry for the hassle, I thought I originally solved this spurious issue.

A docker network prune -f on the checking host solved the issue after a manual reset of the repo, so I made it an hourly job.

This error is hard to catch...
