This enables:

  • viewing of C#/VB projects in the solution explorer
  • support for projects that make use of .NET Workloads

Going to pick up another fix coming in ionide/proj-info#153, but otherwise this looks good. C#/VB types/members should auto-update on our side once they are written to disk.
