I created the whole FAKE, nuget, FSharp.Formatting
infrastructure for the Dynamics NAV type provider. If you are interested I could do the same here.

That would be great! I believe Jack Fox volunteered to help out with the docs an examples too. I have quite limited time at the moment, and I'm about to start a new job that needs me to study various non-F# things too so the more help the better :)

I have quite a backlog right now, but this a project I am interested in. Unfortunately I only have one more week of access to a non-trivial legacy SQL DB that was very good for shaking out bugs in Dmitry's SqlCommandTypeProvider. If there is already a NuGet package I may be able to get some testing in.

AFAIK no nuget package at the moment, but building is trivial.
