Problems on MacOS

Today i tried to check plugin under MacOS and faced some problems:

• some keyboard shortcuts are overwrited (ctrl+k for example)
• no 'FSharp'-prefixed commands in command palette
• completion is also not working

Forgot to mension, mono is installed wia brew.

All works well except "F# Run File". I think, the reason than F# executables on mono has names fsharpc & fsharpi rather than fsc & fsi

I'm facing this problem once again with mono 4.2.1 installed
