@lusareal which CLI command you're trying to run?

Yeah I use the php container myself to run WP-CLI. From my experience, I only had issue with wp core config command, which I use --skip-check flag to skip the database check before creating the wp-config.php.

In any other scenarios, if you have a working WordPress site, wp-cli should be able to run normally inside the php container.

But i cant understand how it possible?
php container dont have a mysql, and the mysql container dont have a php and wp-cli =)
Can you explaine please?

I think you just never use commands such as wp db export/import and other database related wp-cli suff

Or i need to use mysqldump inside of mysql container?
