Scrolling with mouse wheel should not rubber band?

Rubber banding via mouse wheel is inconsistent with expected mouse wheel scroll behaviour.

Could this be turned off, or could the bounce be reduced?

+1. The rubberband is extremely long. It would be lovely if it could emulate native expectations on when to rubberband or not, though that may be a bit ambitious and sketchy.

The iScroll library has come a long way. Just switched and am much happier with their bezier curve for bounce.
