height refresh when softkeyboard is visible

I'm developing a webapp and using ftscroller and have a problem when the ipad softkeyboard is open.
if it's open goes over the content and if i try to scroll to top it scroll back to the bottom and i can't see the top content
is it a scroll height refresh problem?
how can i fix it?
