Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Further customization to docker networks by providing subnet, gateway and IP address ranges. This would by extension open up types.NetworkCreate{} to the user for Docker networks

Describe the solution you'd like
Ideally nothing custom - the network should inherit the struct from upstream.

Describe alternatives you've considered
None as yet. We could force the values however it would be locked in and too opinionated.
