Integration for nuxt

Feature Description

It will be nice to have full calendar also for nuxt.. I've tried many times to use it in nuxt but it's giving me too many errors... The integration should be compatible with nuxt2 and nuxt bridge. If you have find a way to make it work without any changes then please direct me to the answer.
