rust plugins are great, but perhaps they should live in their standalone functime-core pypi package. at least to make the CI run faster.

EDIT: this could also be made as an optional dependency (though required) for performance-oriented use-cases where size is not an issue (e.g. in an AWS Lambda there is a max of 250MB disk size).
