Error: no WebRTC support #221

When running rushx test:node in fula-client I get this:

not ok 1 Error: no WebRTC support
  ---
    operator: error

      Error: no WebRTC support
...

The test:web script runs and has no problem with wrtc

createClient requires a wrtc option when running in Node
