The version of InspIRCd y'all are shipping has not been updated in many years and contains multiple security vulnerabilities.

• Other unreported vulnerabilities which have we have found since v2 was EOLed.

Would it be possible for you to update it? Your package is just inherited from Gentoo so you should be able to just import the latest version from there.
