In touch notebook chrome browser(test in sony sve14ae13t chrome: 39.0.2171.71 m).
When touch draggable element,It will dispatch _touchMove event.
so in _touchEnd event _touchMoved always true, and will not dispatch click event anymore.

It is not dispatch _touchMove event in IE and Firefox.
I don't know why chrome and opera dispatch _touchMove event.
I think it is browser compatibility issue.
