Fuseml workflow support.

Partially addressed by fuseml/fuseml-core#28

Missing from MVP:

• show/list workflow run(s) (w/ inputs & outputs) - also covered by CLI should print more verbose information about workflow runs #53
• revisit the solution used for container image building as part of a workflow
• implement delete workflow operation (also see Strategy for deleting artifacts and workloads managed by fuseml #52)
  • sub-usecase: cleanup in case of partial failure during "codeset assign". This should be an "all-or-nothing" type of deal: a failure to assign a workflow shouldn't leave any incompletely defined resources behind
  • sub-usecase: implement minimal update workflow operation as a delete & re-create
• coffee would be nice

• stop/kill/pause/resume/restart workflow run
