Couldn't be because the counters are treated in GLPI once a day and somebody printed after the last check? |
Original Redmine Comment Maybe some printer after counter check... but some printer OKI show me that counter in fusioninventory show me more than counter on web OKI page. Now is small than in web page OKI... But why counter is not refresh after all scan inventory SNMP ? But why once a day ? How i can create Model SNMP for printer OKI ? For example MB460, MB470, B430, B431 , ES 4140 and ES4191 and ES5460 ? Because on this printer by SNMP is not read serial number and other settings...? |
Original Redmine Comment And about what hours GLPI save counter printer ? When i replace cardridge and write counter i dont have true statistic... |
Original Redmine Comment and but for OKI MB460 GLPI show me 21479 but oki web page show about 15000. This diffrence is not printer by one day. |

Hello
I have a little printer in my network. Some HP and some OKI and Xerox. For example i have a HP LaserJet 400 M401dne. I set to this pronter in Fusioninventory model SNMP 997742.
When i open web page to setting this printer it show me that i have a printed page 183. This is also show when i manual run from cmd on PC command:
C:\Windows\system32>snmpget -v1 -c public 192.168.1.50 1.3.6.1.2.1.43.10.2.1.4.1
.1
SNMPv2-SMI::mib-2.43.10.2.1.4.1.1 = Counter32: 183
C:\Windows\system32>
But in GLPI with fusioninventory show me total counter 137. Why ?
On other printers also show me wrong couter. Difference is about many pages.... Not one or two pages.
Please help me. My printer was inventory SNMP every 30 minute.
My version GLPI 0.84.8 and version FusionInventory 3.5 and agent inventory on debian:
INVENTORY : v2.3.15
NETWORKDISCOVERY : 2.2.0
NETWORKINVENTORY : 2.2.0
