[fusion-plugin-service-worker] Service worker plugin does not use __ROUTE_PREFIX__ #774

Browser plugin of fusion-plugin-service-worker (https://github.com/fusionjs/fusionjs/blob/master/fusion-plugin-service-worker/src/browser.js#L22) does not take into account ROUTE_PREFIX which is set during fusion app start. As a result, it throws 404 while fetching sw.js
