Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes my policies and procedures regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Your information when You use the Countly app and explains Your privacy rights under applicable law.

I do not collect any personal data, including usage data, from users of the Countly app. All the data for your stats is stored in your personal iCloud where only You have access to the data.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:

  • Account means a unique account created for You to access my Service or parts of my Service.
  • Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by or is under common control with a party, where "control" means ownership of 50% or more of the shares, equity interest or other securities entitled to vote for election of directors or other managing authority.
  • Application means the software program provided by the Company downloaded by You on any electronic device, named Five Cents
  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "I" or "Me" in this Agreement) refers to Countly.
  • Country refers to: Germany
  • Device means any device that can access the Service such as a cellphone or a digital tablet.
  • Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
  • Service refers to the Application.
  • Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company. It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Service or to assist the Company in analyzing how the Service is used.
  • Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Collecting and Using Your Personal Data

Personal Data

I do not collect any personally identifiable information or usage data while using My Service.

Use of Your Personal Data

Since I do not collect any personal data, there is no use of personal data for any purpose.

I do not share any personal information with third parties.

Retention of Your Personal Data

I do not retain any personal data since I do not collect it.

Transfer of Your Personal Data

There is no transfer of personal data as no data is collected.

Disclosure of Your Personal Data

There are no situations in which I might share personal data, as no data is collected.

Security of Your Personal Data

While no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, there is no personal data collected or stored within the Countly app.

Children's Privacy

The Countly app is suitable for users of all ages and does not target a specific age group.

Links to Other Websites

The Countly app may contain links to third-party websites, including but not limited to:

  • Apple's Terms and Conditions: The Countly app may provide links to Apple's Terms and Conditions for users' reference. Please note that these terms and conditions are governed by Apple Inc.'s policies, and I do not have control over or responsibility for their content or practices. Users are encouraged to review Apple's Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions when accessing these links.

  • My Twitter Profile: The Countly app may provide a link to my Twitter profile for users' convenience. Please be aware that this link will direct users to a third-party social media platform, and interactions on that platform are subject to Twitter's privacy policies and terms of service. I do not have control over the data collection or practices of Twitter.

Users should exercise caution and review the privacy policies and terms of any third-party websites they visit through the Countly app's settings. I am not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third-party websites or services.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

Any updates to this Privacy Policy will be communicated to users through in-app information.
