The talent description in sheets render the HTML code.

This was done intentionally to have formatting in the chat log when showing a card. ideally this would be rich text but that is a larger project that has a lot of impacts. I hope to get to it but it is not high on priorities at the moment

next release I'm doing the final testing and will be pushing a new version today sometime
