This would probably require exposing a Rust entrypoint to Swift as a library again.

https://github.com/ryanmcgrath/cacao/tree/trunk/examples/ios-beta has the entry point in Rust and contains instructions on how to run the app in the simulator manually
https://github.com/marysaka/simple_rust_ios_app, similar story
https://crates.io/crates/cargo-xcode generates an Xcode project, but recommends building the Rust code as a library instead
