rainbow-mode does not work with web-mode.el

I use rainbow-mode a lot to play with colors in HTML snippets, it would be great if web-mode played well with it.

The current implementation of web-mode prevents rainbow-mode to work. I've contacted the author to see if a solution could be imagined.

web-mode.el can not be compatible with rainbow-mode
I ve added a small implementation of it directly in web-mode
