Provide expansion functions for expand-region.el

expand-region is a very useful mode for expanding the current selection incrementally. One of the latest builds of web-mode broke the little support it had for the mode.

The best way to make those play well together is to provide a few expansion functions to assist incremental selection, like expand-region does with other modes.

Using both expand-region and web-mode would be awesome.

The function (web-mode-mark-and-expand) (C-c C-m) does the job ... It would be great if someone could write a compatibility layer with expand-region.el
