Missing gtc/constants.hpp

I am new with this library.. but I think that there is a missing file in the last release archive.

gtc/constants.hpp is in fact missing from glm-0.9.4.0.zip, although it is referred to by ext.hpp and gtx/constants.hpp.

Please reopen.

I say the same, please reopen. I can't compile the 0.9.4 for this.

In the meantime, the work around is simply copying the missing file from:
https://github.com/g-truc/glm/blob/0.9.4/glm/gtc/constants.hpp
