目前有以各政黨、縣市、議員的角度呈現 => 連結
可增加一個以得標廠商角度總覽的可搜尋互動頁面

需修改檔案：views, urls, html

想請問一下以得標商角度總攬大概是什麼意思?

例如得標廠商得標金額排行、得標數排行、各縣市得標百分比等等
