incorrect user email

If the user's email is not public, we fail to get their email despite having user:email in the oauth scope. This is now fixed, but we need the following people relogin in order to get the right email:

• @Jeff-Eu
• @twofishsman
• @barry800414

如截圖所示，剛才試還是不行，還是我要先從 github中撤消 g0v的app再重新核准並登入？ 但我怕降子的話會產生新的guid，導致無法與我原本的帳號連結，所以這步還沒試。

@clkao 謝謝！這沒有問題了，不過還有個小問題是，在這問題被修正之前，我當時用github登入g0v因為不能回覆別人的意見，所以另外用g+的帳號登入來回覆，但現在用github帳號要回覆時，在右上角出現的大頭貼卻是g+帳號的大頭貼，看這問題要不要緊，其實不改也無妨。
