作為資料提供人，會想要透過各種主動、被動的方式，知道現在是那類人在使用網站和資料，藉以確定是否有需要調整的地方。

可能的方向：

長時間紀錄檔案的下載次數 vs 時間（目前使用 bit.ly ，但免費版只能紀錄 30 天）
下載前發個問卷？
