Add Ubuntu Xenial support to the PPA

Hm... I was coming to ask for this for bionic as well, but it's looking like this project has gone stagnate. I guess perhaps I need to consider if this is something I want to take on and in the meantime hope someone else picks it up? Not only would it be nice to have packages for new ubuntu versions, but also it is not currently compatible with supermin 5 and needs some minor modifications.
