Rails 6.0.0 Support #64

Rails 6.0.0 was just released (see: https://github.com/rails/rails/releases/tag/v6.0.0).

Currently, storext requires Rails 4.x or Rails 5.x.

It seems that now is the time to support Rails 6.0.0.

Is there a sense of how much work is required?
